Hi, I’m Nasya!
I’m a UX Designer at Microsoft with a passion for creating inclusive, human-centered experiences. Having lived in three different countries, I bring a global perspective to my work — rooted in empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for diverse users and contexts.
My background in Digital Media Design laid a strong foundation in visual design, interaction, and storytelling, allowing me to explore the full spectrum of design. Grad school sharpened my skills in user research, problem solving, and design thinking, shaping me into a strategic, systems-oriented designer.
Whether I’m designing for enterprise tools or everyday interactions, I strive to create thoughtful, intuitive experiences that resonate with people.

My Design Philosophy ✨
Less is More
Simplicity is key because it breaks things down to their essential, core purpose and what you get is the most fundamental version of the object. As Jonathan said: “Simplicity is not the absence of clutter, that’s a consequence of simplicity. Simplicity is somehow essentially describing the purpose and place of an object and product.”
Empathy and Focus
Empathy towards the target users goes a long way. It helps to see the world from their eyes and understand how they might feel about a problem, circumstance, or situation. With this, my focus will always be on creating user centered designs and solving actual problems rather than potential made up ones.
Purpose
Every design should serve a purpose with a good rationale behind it. Without that, it would just be a beautiful piece of useless work. There are multiple methods and strategies to make sure that there is a purpose for the creation of a product and ways to test if it fulfills its purpose.
