This was my first full time job right out of college. I was young, ambitious and ready to learn as much as I could. And there was SO much to learn at a fast paced design agency like HEPTA. I looked at every project as a learning opportunity and constantly reflected on my performance to ensure growth.
๐ฅณ Push yourself out of your comfort zone
I was fortunate to be trusted by Faraz Naqvi (CEO) and Megha Kuchu (Director), who boosted my confidence by assigning me to important projects. They provided the right guidance which helped me grow as a designer and pushed me out of my comfort zone. My main highlights occurred outside my comfort zone where I learned design intuitive user interfaces that made a real impact on the target audience. I was lucky to have made some great friends too!
